I've just known this commands:

Now it's to late, I'll try reflash it some days later. Successful experience of recovering firmware to factory's making me itch to try it again.
UPD. Maybe the cause of trouble was f..ing NOD32. Now I've tried to disable it and check it's HTTP-scanning module: it was enabled
