You have to host screenshots elsewhere and link them here.

If your link limit is dropping then your ping is not under control. It’s that simple.
Start a saturated speed test and take a screenshot after it has settled and link it here.

Gargoyle will set the fair link limit (and link limit) 15% lower than your entered download bandwidth. As your demand increases and your ping remains under control, it will naturally raise this to approach the Maximum Download Bandwidth. It will never exceed it. Yes I expect this is possible. You don’t need the full luci-mod-rpc, just the underlying rpcd and a few settings.
Let me muck around with it again and post some hints. I’ve done this previously for wireless client detection.

So it gave you a warning and you ignored it?
Depending on device it may have required a factory flash anyway. The architecture has changed significantly for such devices.

The 1.15 betas that were released by myself were officially retagged as 1.14.0 and released.
I have made some minor commits since that but nothing ground breaking.
