Determe IP address for monitoring router via Telstra Cable

Can someone please let me know where to find the external IP address so I can monitor my Gargoyle modem from outside our home? Our system runs on a Telstra Cable Modem (model I will find out and get back).

Just search google for "what's my IP address" from within your network to find your external address.
I don't think there is anything special about the Telstra cable network in that regard.

You can set up a DDNS entry and then you can easily find out your public IP while not on the same network (if that is your goal)
