Does the Apple Airport Express require a wireless modem in order to get wireless internet access? I have a regular cable modem and wanted to know if I plug it into the Airport Expresss, is that enough to get wireless internet access in my house. Someone told me that a wireless modem is needed in conjunction with the Airport for it to work properly.

Re: wireless modem
If you plug your cable modem into the Airport express,
it will allow Wired and Wireless clients to connect.
You need to google some basic IP configuration,
wireless configuration, etc before you start this.
Wireless networking can be a HUGE pain if you don't know the
basics, so study that stuff before you even start.
NONE of this is plug-and-play - no matter what the boxes say.
For a simple basic setup - it can take as long as a day to get it
all configured and working properly.
For a more advanced setup, configurations can take days!
