My guess your trying to connect to a service provider?

Your options

-SSH (command line)
-Cut and paste manually in the GUI

Gargoyle is not designed to connect to a service provider. Some people have managed to get it to work but its an advanced topic

it's a seedbox that I rent and it offers vpn service. openvpn. and they provide a .ovpn file that configures everything. I have it working on my phone via the openvpn app.

so, basically, it's not possible with gargoyle?
