1.3.5 problem with either remote or local https UI

Post by SVoyager »

Hello, I have a small issue that I cant seem to figure out the cause. (please note that im noob with linux things, but good with routers in general).

Router works fine so far but somehow cant get https to work. The usual non https UI works fine but the secure doesnt work. Port 443 not forwarded to anything, settings activated in the router acess page.

Any help appreciated. (I do remember seeing "https" listed as installed packages when I was running a different firmware (non-gargoyle) but a quick list at opkg list and i dont see anything of the sort. Is it a question of some missing package required for it to work? or something else?

What hardware are you using? You shouldn't need any separate https package -- this functionality is integrated into the gargoyle web server by default.
