Gargoyle changelog
i was wondering, how can we know if a new v1.8 build is up and what are the changes? there is no build date or something.
Re: Gargoyle changelog
Active development on 1.8.X has ceased.
Only bug fixes will be committed to this branch.
If a serious bug was discovered a 1.8.2 might be released, but for now, 1.8.1 from the 3rd of November is the latest release.

Re: Gargoyle changelog
oh sorry i got confused, because i was reading how you will make changes to v1.9 so i though there may also be a newer build of 1.8, but obviously there is 1.8.1 so my question was stupid in the first place...
i have w841n. are there any advantages in flashing 1.9? i need qos because of gaming. i did flash 1.8.1 but there was no option to disable wireless N mode so went back to 1.8.

Re: Gargoyle changelog
probably not for you then.
there is a patch that is awaiting approval that would allow you to disable wireless N capability easily.
i expect that will be in version 1.9.1
