Netgear WNR1000v2 support?

Post by jenom »

Netgear's WNR1000v2 now is fully supported in OpenWrt Chaos_Calmer 15.05
Will it be supported in Gargoyle 1.9.0 when it becomes available ?
Thanks!

I can see a Gargoyle firmware on the download section for a similar AR7xx WNR2000, also with 4 MB memory.
Web-Gui LUCI loads pages a bit slow to my taste in Calmer-Chaos, however it seems very responsive in Barrier-Breaker.
My experience with Gargoyle GUI is that it was always worked faster then Open-Wrt's LUCI.
So it would nice to have a Gragoyle for WNR1000 either with BB or CC

WNR1000v2 has exactly the same hardware as WNR612v2, the only difference is the number of LAN ports. So if WNR1000v2 is supported the WNR612v2 should be to.

There is also a rebranded WNR612v2, the "On Networks N150":
