Access Restrictions issue

Morning all,

I've tried setting up access restrictions to Youtube on my TL-WDR4300 with Gargoyle 1.7.2
I've set the router to block all access on URL exactly and containing Youtube on all hosts.
I've also set up a whitelist to allow only select ip's access to Youtube during the same period set up for the restriction.

On my wired PC this rule works. With the whitelist exception not enabled I can't access Youtube. With it enabled I can.
However on all the devices which use wireless, this rule does not work.

Can anyone offer some insight or a solution for me please?

I'm not an expert on this topic but I suspect "Https" problems.

e.g. the traffic is encrypted so gargoyle can't see where the url is

as a test try

http://www.youtube.com

then

https://www.youtube.com
