Some where i read, that enabling quota tc can cause thee wering of the memory of the router,
is it so?
is there is any provision to write all log files to connected USB drive?

First off this is not a bug. So not sure why you posted this in the bug section.
Theoretically this is true, however, most routers will be upgraded before this happens because how fast technology moves forward.
You could change my mounting log locating into ram of the device, however if the logs got to larger your router would restart, and any restarts/power outages would reset them also.
