Slow speed on TL-WR1043ND

As a router I use a TL-WR1043ND, and a second one connected from LANport to LANport as an access point two floors up. Till recently it worked fine on 1.5.11, but the other day I had major stability problems. Internet as well as access to the router via IP worked for a few seconds, dropped out a few seconds, came back, repeat, etc.

So I decided to upgrade to 1.6.1 (router), the access point is still on 1.5.11. Everything workes fine now, apart from the down- and upload speed. I have a 150 Mbps (megabit) connection, and could always download (with a newsserver) on a speed of appr 50 Mbps. This speed has dropped since the upgrade to 2.5 Mbps. Don't know what's wrong. Any ideas?

Sorry, seems to be wrong something with my QoS settings. When I switch QoS off, the speed is normal again.
