Granular time limit control.

Hi,

Is there a way to control childrens access to the internet as profiles ?

Lets say:
Child 1, needs access to the internet at a specific time 4:00pm to 6:00pm with no access to specific web sites.

Child 1, needs access to the internet at a specific time 7:00pm to 6:00am full internet access.

All other has access no restrictions 24/7

From my understanding only by MAC / IP address

Which usually means by device only
