Hi all,
I have the wndr3700 router and I have installed Gargoyle 1.5.9 into it. It was working fine for about 2 weeks before I encountered this problem. When I change any setting that requires the router to reset, the router will automatically reset after 20-30 seconds and do so in an endless loop. I do not have any scheduled reboots set. Hard resetting the modem using the power switch produces the same results. I was only able to get the modem running again by resetting the modem to the default configurations using system->restore and then loading my saved configurations back into the modem. As long as I do not reboot the modem, it runs fine. Once I do anything that reboots the modem, it goes into an infinite reboot loop again.
Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

No but I'm now getting the same on a WDR4300. Sometimes when I make a change or even request a backup it goes into never ending reboots and only a failsafe reset will recover it.

Re: Router resets indefinitely
I suspect a corrupted config.
Your only way to test if the router is not liking the 1.5.9 build
is to do the following:
Reset to defaults, then re-flash 1.5.9
Re-configure from scratch and make changes that were causing
the reboots.
If you can apply the changes with no issues, your old config is
damaged and you have to re-configure everything from scratch.
