Limit the bandwidth of 1 computer

Hello,
I am sorry to ask for help, but I have been through google searches and searches on this websites forum in effort to learn how to limit the speed of 1 computer on my home network using QOS download rules. I have not found anything, except to read the wiki but I am having difficulty using that explanation to assist me.
I am running Gargoyle 1.5.4

For me, the smarter way is to use Static Dhcp server and name all computers on network.
Second, you have to enable QoS and create rules.

Thank you for your reply. I have static ip addresses for each device on my network. I have enabled the download portion of QOS, not upload.
Also, I edited both "slow" rules (port 80 & 443) to work more how i need for it to.

Ok, so I just updated to the latest version 1.5.8 of Gargoyle.
I still have the same issue. I would like to limit the bandwidth of 1 wireless computer on my network.
If someone could post a screenshot of what the rule is supposed to look like that would be really helpful.
My dsl speed is approx 2700 Kbps. That one machine should use 50kbps of that. I am trying to prevent this person from streaming videos and downloading files. Basic web browsing is fine.

Actually, I just got it to work using the configuration from screenshots above but leaving out the source ports.
