WNDR3700 v1 how do i reinstall the original firmware?

Hi guys! i cant get gargoyle to work properly on my router and want to reinstall the original netgear firmware. i can´t do it in the "update firmware" section of the gargoyle menu. how can i do this? i will really apreciate the help
