Possible time problem

Post by ScottAdams »

things were working great for couple months then yesterday I could no longer maitain connection.

I notice thate the time is about 6 hours off now. Looking at the log coming gargoyle I find that it connects the modem pings for time and and says its reseting w 300 minutes. Then it reboots.

Any suggestions?

Hi Scott

Have you tried a different time server in the settings and does it do the same? Mine is currently using

pool.ntp.org

Baring any other suggestions I'd be tempted to reset the firmware and redo the settings just in case their is a corruption

Good tip! I went ahead and loaded up a saved configuration I had and it started working again! ROM must have gotten corrupted somehow!
