WRT160NL and 1.3.11, Limits issue

Hi.
I have problem with Limits section.
As i set up Limits for certain MAC adres (hours and days only) all is working well until restart of internet. ADLS providers does every 24h resets to change IP.
After connecting to Internet Limits stop working. I have to do restart router from GUI and then is working until next disconnecting.

I did reasearch and was adviced there are some Gargoyle issues after restart.

You may be able to setup your router to automatically reboot
if a script cannot ping the internet.

Upgrade to 1.3.13, 1.3.11 and 1.3.12 have issues with the bandwidth/quota module.
