my printer old IP is 10.10.181.5 and 10.10.181.205
however, after add a router behind I.S.P's router=10.10.181.
1, IP changes
and there are 55 computers.
I don't want to change the port setting in windows 7 one by one .
how to redirect the printer port to old I.P. (10.10.181.5 and 10.10.181.205)
without change it one by one?

You need to use DHCP and host names

set the host name on the printer
OR
Use gargoyle

Sounds like what you should do is re-IP the ISP router to use a new subnet and then setup the Gargoyle with the IP scheme the ISP router had. Then, you wouldn't have to worry about IP addresses not matching the new scheme, etc.
