Installation problem Linksys WRT160nl

I'm trying to flash gargoyle on my linksys wrt160nl with factory firmware. I'm flashing the latest gargoyle factory bin and at about 98% i get the error upgrade failed. I previously flashed my router with dd-wrt without problems. I tried to flash older versions but the problem persist. What can be done?

I had the same error, here's what worked for me, first I installed this beta openwrt:
http://downloads.openwrt.org/backfire/1 ... uashfs.bin

Then I used the webui to upgrade to the latest Gargoyle firmware "gargoyle_1.3.10-ar71xx-wrt160nl-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin".
