1.5.2 - Quotas with 1 hour reset not working

Can some body else confirm that the 1 hour reset is not working?

I just tested this, and it seems to work fine.

Note that the reset happens on the hour, not exactly one hour from whenever you initially set the quota. So if you initially set the quota at 2:45pm, it will still reset 15 minutes later at 3:00pm (though after that you'll have to wait a full hour until 4:00pm before it resets again).
