Re: enter log gargoyle router
re-flash your router (settings lost)

Boot into failsafe - http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/generic.failsafe ... connect to the router via ssh... run the two commands:
/sbin/mount_root
passwd
Router: TL-WR1043ND - Gargoyle 1.5.4
AP: TL-WR1043ND - Gargoyle 1.5.4
AP: TL-WR1043ND - Gargoyle 1.5.4
Re: enter log gargoyle router
I've just done a test using a RouterStaion Pro using Gargoyle 1.5.0 and can confirm that "fail safe" method works
Very cool indeed

You still need physical access to the router so I guess its not so badhnl_dk wrote:Yes, but not very secureispyisail wrote:I've just done a test using a RouterStaion Pro using Gargoyle 1.5.0 and can confirm that "fail safe" method works

A factory reset would also be a nice feature
