remap WAN port
I have a WRT54GS V4 running the 1.4.2 version of Gargoyle. My WAN port is defective. Is there a way to remap one of the LAN ports as the WAN port? or is there a way to make the QOS restrictions work from LAN port to LAN port instead of WAN to LAN?
Re: remap WAN port
If your WAN port is defective then your router has become a plain old switch. Best to remember it fondly as you dump it in the trash. No amount of software can restore the function of a router with no WAN port and no you cannot remap a LAN port to be your WAN port under Gargoyle.
