Hi,
My router TP-Link 1043ND (V1.8) with Gargoyle Firm 1.40 (1.41) is connected to a 100Mbit Cable connection.
With openwrt I reach the full speed of 100Mbit, I come up with a Gargoyle
to 76Mbit.
How do I get the full speed with the gargoyle Firm?

Re: 100 Mbit LAN Speed to Slow !!
You need to try the stock firmware first.
OR
Try an OpenWRT build and don't add any special configs
Just try testing.
Because of all the extra features Gargoyle adds, it does use up
some of the CPU and memory, which will not always get your
the maximum download bandwidth you have.
You might also need a faster router too.
If you're running a 100mbit line, why are you on one of the
cheapo generic routers like a TP-Link?
You should consider one of the newer Cisco routers
or newer Buffalo routers - one that has at least a 500+ mhz processor.

If you look in that list, the Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH should be able
to handle you 100mbit line close to full speed with Gargoyle.

Are you testing this wireless or with cable?Placebo01 wrote:Hi,

I also have a TP-Link 1043ND.
I "only" have a 50/50 line, but with cable I get 50/29 with wireless (g) I get 20/18.
Router: TL-WR1043ND - Gargoyle 1.5.4
AP: TL-WR1043ND - Gargoyle 1.5.4

@hnl_dk ,
I have tested with cable.
In the wireless transmission is naturally a lot less. This is normal.
I was wondering why it only with the full range of original openwrt 100Mbit/s is achieved but not with Gargoyle. (Gargoyle=OpenWrt)
Thank you for your answers, I will now try again with openwrt.
