can't ping wrt54gl after configuration restore

Hey guys, I usually love gargoyle, but I'm having some major issues today.

I changed some settings in 1.4.0 on my wrtg54gl and decided to go back to the previous day settings which I had backed up. I restored them, but after completing the restore, my router I now cannot ping my router and cannot access the web gui. I've tried this on both my pc running xp and my mac, no luck.

Any suggestions? Where can I start?
