MAC Password Althentication

Ok so some sneeky russians can spoof MAC address and steal quota, so i was thinking what about a password that is associated to each mac address? Perhaps it could create a cookie on users system so they dont have to always put in?

Or has there already been another way found to stop these russians?

You would need a hotspot to address this in my view. There is no way to password protect MAC addresses. Gargoyle does not currently support a hotspot.
