"Another device is using your IP address" problem

Hi
I keep getting this message when I try to use my new router, which I have installed Gargoyle on.
Any ideas?

The message says: "Another device on the network is using your computer's i.p. address 192.168.1.1..."

It would be incredibly unusual for a PC to be using the .1 address of any subnet.
In any case, you either need to move the PC address, or the router address.
