Can you show me a screenshot of the status page please?
If this is a custom build from your ISP, youre barking up the wrong tree entirely.

Re: router fire wall
Yeah.
Sorry, that is a custom build by your ISP, on a device we have never supported.
I have no way of figuring out what modifications have been made, and therefore no way of debugging the issue.
You will need to seek support from your ISP.
Sorry to dump you like that, but i hope you find a solution.
By the way, tell your ISP that 1.9.x is severely out of date, has several security vulnerabilities, and that their choice of hardware is not viable for future versions. They should treat their customers better than that

Re: router fire wall
It's new Gargoyle firmware v1.12.0 (latest release).
For security and repair, we recommend upgrading to the latest version.
and if the problem still persists, we can discuss here and other procedures.

Re: router fire wall
I will ask quite differently:
Want to stream over the Internet? or just over the local network?
If you want to stream through the Internet, you must have a fixed public IP and do "port forwarding" or "DMZ" on Gargoyle: https://www.gargoyle-router.com/wiki/do ... forwarding

Re: router fire wall
The only thing I found about the application and the bug is here: https://github.com/WWBN/AVideo/issues/1371
Maybe it will be the opening of port 1935, but well, it's just my conjecture.
1. Try reconfiguring your media service provider:
(the question is if the service works)
2. Set the parameters of your network card:

3. Try another application: https://streamlabs.com/ ( https://www.obs.live/ )
Nothing better I can advise you

Re: router fire wall
Yes I am frequently wrong. Let me clarify:RomanHK wrote:Gargoyle supports this model: https://www.gargoyle-router.com/downloa ... pgrade.binLantis wrote:Sorry, that is a custom build by your ISP, on a device we have never supported.

Device was not supported during 1.9.x, which is where this build is from.
Then you go ahead and suggest the user using an ISP customised version that we know nothing about flashes a plain build?
What if user loses internet access or support from their ISP?
You two enjoy yourselves. As long as I'm not involved.
I'm not saying youre wrong, I'm saying that i dont have the time or effort to stab blindly at a problem which I can't even reproduce.

Re: router fire wall
I have never noticed this information as an ISP router, so I went into it - but of course, as far as hardware from an ISP is concerned, the ISP must update, otherwise it loses all support from the ISP.Lantis wrote:Then you go ahead and suggest the user using an ISP customised version that we know nothing about flashes a plain build?

Of course, it is not necessary to upgrade the firmware, just recommendations, but if it does not - it does not need to upgrade.
I also think the problem isn't on Gargoyle's side, it will be a general message that it can't connect to the server.
