tried the kamikaze based image with jffs and cifs insmod didn't fly
in the backfire based image, mount looped ram to a root folder and softlinked the nls/cifs modules to the lib (k2.6.30.10)... nls inserted fine, cifs...
symbol errors...
"insmod: can't insert 'cifs': unknown symbol in module, or unknown
parameter"
