I am searching for a way to get QoS(for gaming) working on a variable Bandwith and somone from another forum linked me to this firmware. So my question is if thats possible to do.

The active congestion controller can manipulate your bandwidth down to 15% of total.
60 * 0.15 = 9Mbps
So ACC should definitely be able to handle your range.
This isn’t strictly what ACC was designed to do, but it should do ok.
In the past we have also had users write scheduled tasks to reset their speeds because they had known times when speeds would rise or fall.
