Just wondering if we have a dnscrypt with plugin support, I want to try this blacklist parameter and got this error.

Only manual installation. You can try my viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6225&start=20#p52725 but I didn't try "blacklist" - I don't even know how. When you read the whole thread to know what and how.
