Hey Everyone,
I am new to this whole custom firmware thing (haven't messed with anything since a WRT54G years ago), but wanted to give something a try on my WRT3200ACM.
Anyway I flashed from the Linksys firmware to gargoyle_1.11.0-mvebu-cortexa9-linksys-wrt3200acm-squashfs-factory.img
Then flashed from the Gargoyle firmware to gargoyle_1.11.0-mvebu-cortexa9-linksys-wrt3200acm-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
I think I could have skipped the 2nd step.
Anyway everything has been working fine so far for the last week and a half.
Just wondering how to/if it is possible to flash back to stock firmware. I tried uploading the stock firmware from the Gargoyle UI and that did't work.
I also tried powering the WRT3200ACM on and off 3 times to get the 2nd partition to boot and I get Gargoyle firmware there as well, assuming because I flashed it twice initially.
Any help is appreciated.

It just needs to be forced from the command line.

Re: WRT3200ACM - back to stock
Anyone care to explain how to fit it in layman's terms or have a step by step guide anywhere?
Thanks

Follow the instructions in this thread (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8505) to establish both an SCP and an SSH connection to the router.
Copy the OEM firmware to the /tmp directory using WinSCP.
Execute “sysupgrade -n -F /tmp/name_of_file.img” from SSH.
