To flash an already running bullet with original firmware (AirOS) on CLI, you must do this:
or
Firmware Install Ubnt Recovery Method
If you prefer TFTP, than you can update via holding down the reset-button for 10 seconds on startup, and send the firmware to 192.168.1.20
See →generic.flashing or →generic.flashing.tftp for instructions.

I tried every procedure and combination, i could find online to reset, but no luck there.
It may work if it had ubiquiti firmware installed, I guess..?
1. Have you tried starting the router while holding reset buttom for like 10s before power on and 20s after power on?
2. Have you tried the default gargoyle password, witch is password?
Press the reset button on the device. While holding the reset button down, power the unit on. Wait 8 seconds then release the button (if you want to reset the unit to factory defaults, wait about 15 seconds or until the signal LEDs light up to indicate that the device is ready for recovery).
I have tried this " TFTP recovery " procedure over the last 2 days a number of times . It was in fact the reason I came to this forum.
Everytime I get " Connect request failed" And YES, TFTP is enabled in Win 10 and Win 7.
The reason WHY laptop in not "seeing" the router remains unclear. i tried it on 2 laptops Everytime the same reply" "connection failed" ??
I read somewhere that TFTP recovery is only valid for files
<3GB.
Yet the firmware update bins are 6 to 7GB+
Maybe that is the reason for connection failure?
I can see the Bullet receiving incoming data in "Networx v5.4.2" free from Softperfect ( hence i presume the hardware is not faulty)
Firmware files are in the range of 4-20MB, not gigabytes. What are you trying to send it...?
