Issues Installing gargoyle on MR3201A

Just picked up an open-mesh mr3201a and I can't seem to get access to the router post flash. I've googled several different installation methods and decided to go with the fon-flash method(from a w7 host) and the flash seems to go well but for some reason after the flash I cannot connect to the router and ssid never appears.

I used the gargoyle 1.3.8 firmware (tried 1.3.4 as well), I felt I was patient in waiting at least an hour after the flash before trying to connect. I was directly connected to the router with my host ip being set to 192.168.1.3 and then trying again with a host ip of 192.168.0.3 all with no success.

If anyone has any insight I would greatly appreciate it.

You need to configure the router
