gl-ar150
Has any progress been made on supporting gl-ar150?
( gl-inet.c om/ar150/ )
I was able to install the ROOter firmware yet it lacks many bandwidth control and monitoring features.
( ofmodemsandmen.c om/routers.html )
Gl-AR150 is also supported by DDWRT.
( ftp.dd-wrt.c om/betas/2017/12-04-2017-r33986/GL.iNet-AR150/)
Also OpenWrt lists this model as "Ideal Hardware"
( wiki.openwrt.o rg/toh/gl-inet/gl-ar150 )

Re: gl-ar150
As it says on the wiki, supported by LEDE
Now that LEDE and Openwrt have remerged, work is undergoing to get Gargoyle on to the latest base.
It is not yet complete, and there is no ETA.

Re: gl-ar150
That is true. In the 1.10.0 release there’s only 1 image instead of two, though.

That because it comes out of the factory with openwrt CCLantis wrote:That is true. In the 1.10.0 release there’s only 1 image instead of two, though.
It has a fancy "factory reset" to openwrt CC

Re: gl-ar150
For clarification is this router currently compatible with any version of gargoyle firmware?
If so which version and specifically which firmware?

Re: gl-ar150
I can confirm that I have just used the sysupgrade file from as far back as 1.9.2x - just flash it from the OEM page. I am currently running 1.10.x build 20180213 (I am getting so confident I just upgrade and retain config over wifi from a remote AP on an AV link - no-one should do this!!!). It is running my house (lots of teens and TVs, youtube sessions etc) on a 40/20 FTTH link. When it is quiet I get full bandwidth in both directions (couple of phones and HD TV stream). When all those teens come home to roost the little guy struggles with the a backup of cache/buffer and then I need the C7. For the size it still amazes me, and is more than adequate for an average household!
Forgot to mention - I use the default QOS settings activated with a non standard ping at 50ms. no quotas typically, but I have done it over a slow satellite link (2M/512k), and it works like a bomb... I plan to put it on that site for an extended period soon, if anyone is interested in the performance/stats...
