Can't log into the GUI via wifi

Hi,
I have a relatively new install of the latest Gargoyle onto an Archer C7. The only issue I'm struggling with is logging in via wifi to the admin account. I can get to the login screen and enter the password, but it never will log me in. I can't find and configuration setting that makes any difference. The same password works fine when I log in to a wired connection.

Anyone got help to get to the answer?

And yes, I'm aware of the potential dangers of logging in via wifi. I really don't need a lecture on that.

There is no difference and no setting to control that.
The only thing i can think of is a password auto-fill issue.
