Port Forward list disappears?

Had this happen twice this week. My port forward settings disappear and leave me with blank settings...
Upnp/NAT-PMP is enabled.

Every other setting appears correct.
I have restored settings from backup. very strange.
Ideas please

Coming to the conclusion I didn't save the settings at various times of me editing. Time will tell.
