bandhwith limiter

hi sorry if it sounds noob
i have 2 groups
group one has 8 users and group two has 4 users
i want to limit the speed of group 1 users so all of them have 200 KB
i have tried Quota by throttling speed but it is giving each user 200 KB. i want to share 200 KB with group one not each user in group one
hope i explained well.
i have tried and searched forum as well but didn't got any help

Create a qos class with max speed of 200
Create qos rules to force all of the users into this class.

You might have to create a rule for each client then send them to the correct class?

Individual rules in QOS.
If you now go to quotas, you can establish a new quote with a small limit (so that it triggers instantly), which will put the user into the slowed qos class.

You can apply an IP range to a quota.
So this achieves the same thing.
