how do i access files on usb drive

greetings to one and all

i would like to ask for help with regards to how do i access files that are in my usb drive , i plugged in my router a usb drive containing photos music and movies. can i be able to access the file in the usb drive? (stream music and videos and see photos)

Enable DLNA to steam.
USB sharing the access the raw files.
