Connection list showing "NA" instead of correct class

I created a "Plex" class for my server and everything going to that IP should be going to the "Plex" class. However, there are a few instances where it is showing "NA" instead, is this normal? None of my other classes have this issue.

Are those internal connections?
i.e. LAN to LAN

If so, they won't be affected by the rules.
