Bandwidth Throttle / WIFI setup

I am looking at getting the TP-Link Archer C7 (seems like it works with 1.9.1) and wondering if I can achieve the following:

- existing ADSL/WIFI router with internet - can I still plug in and connect to this WIFI as normal bypassing Gargoyle
- connect TP-Link Archer C7 WIFI router with Gargoyle to ADSL/WIFI Router - setup 2nd WIFI SSID and only apply bandwidth throttling only static IP/MAC that connect to this router? Limiting download to fixed 100kb/s per device?

Yes. However, use version 1.9.2 :)

Thanks, I saw 19.2 is out but everyone confirming only 1.9.1 on the Archer C7 :)

I haven't seen anything to this effect, and I'd always recommend the latest.
