Port Quotas?

Is there a way to set a quota limit for an individual port?

Hi mate i think you have the wrong idea about quotas.

A quota is to allocate a set amount of bandwidth too a IP or MAC address. There is no point of setting up a quota for just one port as a single IP address will need to use many ports to just get to the internet.
Too help you understand how quotas work pleas have a read of this.

Thanks for the links. I've read over that first one twice and finally gave up. It is very unhelpful and needs a rewrite. However, the second one is a great scenario. But sadly, it does not show the steps on how to do it. There must be some instructions somewhere.
