Help with a hotspot behind a Gargoyle router.

Hi I am trying to get a hotspot I have setup to work. My mane gateway is a C7 with Gargoyle 1.9.x I have a wdr3600 flashed with Chillifire. I have a Ethernet cable going from the lan port on my c7 to the wan port on my wdr3600. If I connect a cable to the lan of the hotspot I can browse the internet but if I connect to the Wi-Fi it will not work.

My gateway is at IP 192.168.1.1 and my hotspot is IP 192.168.148
When I first installed the hotspot it had the IP 192.168.12.1 but the DHCP server on my gateway changed that.
