QoS exclusion
From what I've read, QoS allocates available bandwidth among devices in the network identified by IP address or Host name. If I have 30 devices in the network, is there a way to apply QoS on 28 devices and exclude 2 devices from QoS? These 2 devices could be servers that need to have full Internet access all the time.
Re: QoS exclusion
Depending on your network setup, probably not.
It would be easier to set the servers as priority traffic using appropriate rules.

Re: QoS exclusion
Do you have a guide on how to set it up?
Re: QoS exclusion
Never mind. I found how to set it up.
Re: QoS exclusion
i mean we have this http://www.gargoyle-router.com/wiki/doku.php?id=qos
but it isn't specific to what you want to do. but no guides will be.
If you can have a go and come up with something then we can offer advice on why it does/doesn't work.
