I'm new to gargoyle
How to configure captive portal.
Webpage will be stored on us storage device connected to Router.

Gargoyle does not have a "captive portal" feature at this stage.

Any alternate procedure for e.g Is it possible to install and configure WifiDog or similar software on Gargole

Use OpenWRT
