sync rate vs attainable rate
Trying to figure out which one to put in the ACC, since according to the guide it has to be pretty close to work properly. But my modem shows these 2 figures wondering which one should i use? sync rate is about 3Mbps and attainable rate is 3.2Mbps...

I'd use the sync rate speed.
Most providers cap your speed a little lower than the max to ensure stable transfer rates.
