Router not responding

Hi I have Tp link wr740 v4 with gargoyle 1.9 and I have a huge problem. for some reason the router stopped responding to any interactions I can ping the router but web pages including the gargoyle web management do not respond are inaccessible I get page error or the browser says unreachable, I did 30/30/30 reset but seams like it does not reset, tried fon-flash but it does not flash, the router is still giving out IP adresses and still ping so I am running in circles here any help? thanks regards

Fail safe reset.
30/30/30 does nothing. Literally.
