CIFS settings disappear after reboot
The usb settings worked fine pre-Jan 18th build. Now they need to be recreated after reboot. I started fresh with the Jan 18th build, and carried over settings for the newest build.

Details of router?
I've never experienced this.

Archer C7 v2.
I tried a few things since my last post and couldn't get any settings to stick. I also realized there wasn't any settings remaining after a reboot. Some things I tried: reinstalled samba, manually copied all files associated with smb to plugin_root and copied back @reboot, I also tried using exroot, and nothing worked. Reverted back to Jan 4th and everything is honky dory...

Re: CIFS settings disappear after reboot
Sounds like a bad flash to me. Try reflashing the Gargoyle image, and take care not to interact with the router at all during the flash until it is 100% complete.
Can you help someone else get Gargoyle up and running?

Re: CIFS settings disappear after reboot
Weird thing is, the settings from the first day remained even after rebooting. Wifi stayed working, all static dhcp remained, and all port forwarding were the same as well. Is this a tell tale sign that the carry over of settings didn't work correctly? I could try flashing the current version and reset to defaults, but there is only so many times I can interrupt Netflix without my wife killing me.
