block download video in messengers

hi , how can i block some range ip that cant download video or audio in some messengers like WhatsApp or Telegram or Youtube or else ? i want they can receive message but cant download video

Hi unless you can find out the IPs of each video stream i am afraid there is no way of doing this sorry.

unless the videos are ads, in which case the adblock plugin works a treat!
