WR1043ND v1.8 bricked

Hi all,
I'ts my firms post on this forum.
I think I,ve bricked my router because file I've downloaded got some download error I think (its much smaller thet after second download).
Is there a way to recover or I have to throw it away? :(
there is only power led on - nothing more.

Follow the openwrt failsafe procedure and see how you go.

Doesn't sound great though. May need to serial flash.

I think you dont understand me - its not working - there is no connection (computer dont see connected ethernet). The only thing after power up is one LED on (power).:(

Did you read the failsafe guide and have a go? If that failed it would lead you to the following article which is now your list of options:

The blinking is actually done in hardware; software only as the ability to set the LED "on" or "blink" – it defaults to blink on power up and isn't set to on until after the firmware boots. If the led is on then you know the firmware booted; blinking really doesn't tell you much
Going by that part of the article, a solid power light may indicate that you have a functioning boot loader and that you should try failsafe?

Thank you for your help.
failsafe didnt work but it's alive :)
I've recovered it using utp cable wr1043nv1_tp_recovery.bin and Tftpd.
