At http://192.168.1.1/overview.sh , under WAN DNS, it uses the custom dnses i've specified, then it switches the DNS to 192.168.2.1 (that's my modem ip actually). There is no DNS there, so it causes EVERYTHING on the network to get stuck trying to get dns resolve. Currently using Force DNS settings to see if it helps. I've only been using Gargoyle for a few hours

SPECS: DIR-300 on Gargoyle 1.2.3
Current solution: Disable modem's DHCP.
Oh and thank you for creating gargoyle. Definitely better in internet speeds than dd-wrt, and more stable than x-wrt (x-wrt crashes on me every 10 mins, hahaha). Nice QoS too.
